General Guidelines

  • You may freely subscribe to any of these mailing lists to receive information about that topic

  • Only members of the mailing lists may post messages to the mailing lists.

  • The members of the mailing list will not be disclosed to anyone intentionally.  I will do my best to make sure that does not happen.  I am the only one with access to see who is on the list.

  • Most emails sent to the list will contain instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.  There are some issues with certain types of emails (HTML, rich text) that will not have the unsubscribe information added.  If you want to unsubscribe from the mailing list, follow the instructions below, or send an email to the webmaster.

  • You may unsubscribe from either list at any time by sending an email to Everyone-unsubscribe@adamstown.us or PowerPlant-unsubscribe@adamstown.us and following the directions in the return email.

Everyone

Designed for posting of various types of information of interest to residents of the Adamstown and Buckeystown areas.

  • To be added to this mailing list click here and your email should open a new email being sent to Everyone-subscribe@adamstown.us.  If that does not occur, feel free to send a message to that address manually.  You will then receive an email back -- Be Sure to follow the confirmation procedure in that email -- to be sure that you are added to the list. 

  • Only the webmaster may post messages to the mailing list. There have been too many SPAM messages sent to the list that I have had to deal with on an almost hourly basis to make sure they did not get sent to everyone.

  • If you have information to be passed on that involve large sections of the community, send an email to the webmaster - use the link at the top of the page.

PowerPlant

  • To be added to this mailing list click here and your email should open a new email being sent to PowerPlant-subscribe@adamstown.us.  If that does not occur, feel free to send a message to that address manually.  You will then receive an email back -- Be Sure to follow the confirmation procedure in that email -- to be sure that you are added to the list. 

  • Only members of this mailing list may post messages to the mailing list.

  • All messages related to the power plant will be sent to anyone who subscribes to the mailing list.  To send a message to the entire mailing list, send an email to PowerPlant@Adamstown.us.  There may be a delay between the time you send a message and the time it gets distributed to the mailing list, as I am manually checking each message for viruses before sending them out.
