Sempra / Catoctin Power has requested a modification to a number of conditions that were part of the approved CPCN.  I am just starting to wade through the paperwork, but I wanted to get it posted here. It looks like all they are requesting is an extension of the deadlines related to the water supply, but since they were required to file the motion, the EPA requires that they update their emissions statements to comply with the latest standards so they have done that as well.

The commission has preliminarily approved the modifications and directed Sempra to publish notice of the filing and will allow for a short comment period after which they will make their final ruling

PPRP response: PPRP's response recommending approval with backup material.

Staff Recommendations: Staff thinks they met the technical requirements, but should follow the procedural guidelines as well and publish a notice and allow for a comment period.

PSC Preliminary Ruling: Preliminary approval and direction to publish notice that of the filing and comment period.

PPRP & Catoctin Agreement: Agreement to conditions between the Power Plant Program and Catoctin Power.

Final Approval:  The PRC's final; ruling granting the extension and the updated conditions.
