The Carroll Manor Grange is located in downtown Adamstown beside the Fire Station. The grange was built in 1885 as a Frederick County Public School. It was deeded to the Adamstown Fellows Temple Association, Inc in 1927. It was next deeded to the Carroll Manor Grange in March 1954 and has been used as a grange hall ever since.
The Grange has been a community asset for many years and at this time is very underutilized. Air-conditioning has been installed for summer events. Please note that no alcoholic beverages are permitted. The hall is equipped with a nice open area, a stage and full kitchen. It is available for rental (with or without the use of the kitchen). Please see the photographs for a better view of the facility. I hope to add some more pictures in the future.
Rental of the Hall is
$100 with a $50 security deposit. |
